How many times can a jar be infused?
A jar can be infused twice. Normally the second infusion will require a juice or sweet seltzer to be added in addition to your spirit of choice as the cane sugar will be used from the first infusion.
Where is Vesper made?
Vesper is fully made in Toronto Ontario, Canada. From the cutting and drying of fruits to the infusing process of the cane sugar that goes into each cocktail kit.
What do you do after the jar is infused?
Strain the solids out into a separate container. Then from that container mix the infused spirit with a juice or soda.
How long can an infused kit stay in the fridge?
An infused Vesper kit can stay in the fridge for up to 3 weeks to guarantee freshness.
How much liquor does each jar need?
For wine based kits it is a full jar. For kits that use other spirits it is more dependent on how strong you would want to make the cocktail mix. For example for a lighter strength you can mix half and half with soda/juice depending on the recipe.
What is the ideal serving size to have 16 servings?
Use up to 2 oz shots of the infused spirit from a strained jar to get 16 servings out of each kit. Mix those shots to turn each serving into a fully formed cocktail
Is it possible to add water or non-alcoholic beverages to the jar instead?
Yes! You can make zero-proof versions of the recipes by substituting spirits out for juices or soda water.
